By following the kosher way of eating and preparing food, you will become healthier and you will stop the degree of risk that you ordinarily might
have towards bringing in trichinosis and other horrible worms and parasites into your life. Eat kosher! Recently I was having a conversation with a friend, about
health and the friend mentioned something that they had read in the news. I was totally shocked at the story but I kept on listening because I am very interested in
any health topics.
As I listened, I cringed, and I thought that I had been transported back to a time when the earth was young, and less polluted than it is
now. I was taken back to a time when so many people contracted worms and worm diseases from animals that it was a regular thing , not an oddity. Problem is that
today, society still believes that trichinosis is a thing of the past. Society still thinks that humans can protect themselves simply by cooking pork a lot. That is not the
truth. What you do not realize is that you can contract the disease and hundreds of other diseases from germs, bugs, parasites and other things that come directly
from another human's hands . People in fast food restaurants and some other restaurants can and do and will pass on parasites to others and these others will not
know that they are infected until it is too late.
Recently I have heard talk from people who said they knew of real humans who had contracted worm brains
and parasites. That is enough for me to begin taking precautions. Brain worms are totally unnecessary and avoidable. So, start your new health habits to avoid
those unnecessary problems.
Hence, I decide to be a scaredy cat and just eliminate most of my risk in this area. Here is the way that I decided to take less
risk and take my exposure to worms and parasites out of my life:
- Washing hands more often, and always washing them when I come from outdoors and
when I am leaving medical, hospital or nursing home settings.
- Staying away from fast food places and other restaurants that look as if they might have
infectious materials. (For example, I went to a Chinese restaurant, a take-out place years ago, and saw this lady,
- Eat Kosher.
- Avoid pork, pork
products and products that are manufactured in pork plants.
So, those are healthy things, avoid pork and pork products, eat kosher, and wash your
hands all the time. These are just precautions but they are great precautions if you want to concentrate on avoiding unnecessary diseases and illnesses, and
premature death.
